      This tracks merging forward the following changes from cheshire-cat to 7.1.4

      • MB-53123: Enable autofailover popup alerts on upgrade
      • MB-54133: fix secrets leak in REST api crash
      • MB-54010: Upgrade golang versions ns_server deps
      • MB-54349 Handle ssl port when getting indexes
      • MB-54674: cbcollect_info: Don't read /proc/PID/ {smaps,numa_maps}
      • MB-53123: Enable autofailover popups for broken 7.0.0 clusters
