cbcollect_info should collect jemalloc stats from index nodes.

It would be helpful if jemalloc stats were collected with cbcollect from the indexer. Those being the ones given by running the curl command:

curl -v -X GET -u "<username>:<password>" http://localhost:9102/stats/storage/mm
