    Description

      Hey Charlie,

      Check out this situation, where a search index on cluster_run on the neo manifest is simply not able to ingest any data because of openstream continuously failing.

      2023-02-23T16:39:55.599-07:00 [ERRO] feed_dcp_gocbcore: [travel_74f73b46c91ff63c_4c1c5584] OpenStream received error for vb: 34,  stream ID: 9545, err: invalid argument | {"status_code":4,"bucket":"travel-sample","error_name":"EINVAL","error_description":"Invalid packet","opaque":50,"context":"Request contains invalid flags","last_dispatched_to":"127.0.0.1:11998","last_dispatched_from":"127.0.0.1:58986","last_connection_id":"eb29ed58f6f392be/8358f7b317d01d9a"} -- cbgt.(*GocbcoreDCPFeed).initiateStreamEx.func1() at feed_dcp_gocbcore.go:969

      Neo FTS uses gocbcore@v9.1.8. I've attached logs collected at DEBUG level for you to be able to see what's going on. QE has not reported anything on this, so I suspect this is another cluster_run ONLY situation.
