    Description

There is a requirement to support adding nodes to a cluster that have no services (e.g. kv, index, n1ql, etc) on them.  Currently couchbase-cli either defaults to "data" or allows --services <list of services>.

The request is to allow '--services=""' be specified. This will allow backwards compatibility with the current behavior while providing this new option. The REST /controller/addNode will support 'services=""' to facilitate this.
