magma_dump help text is incorrect

    Description

      From the help

      --kvstore           [id]                       If no id specified, list available
      		 
                                                     kvstores and revisions.

      But doing that and it doesn't list anything, just outputs an error then the help.

      E.g. 

      > /opt/couchbase/bin/magma_dump bucket5/ --docs-by-seq --kvstore 665
      		 
      Unable to read magma config.json. IOError: bucket5//config.json: Unable to open file err=No such file or directory. Closest non-empty parent directory: bucket5
      		 
      Attempting to use default configuration.DumpKVStore failed: Status:NotExists: KVStore ID:665 does not exist

      So I then list what is available and it errors that no ID was given.

      >  /opt/couchbase/bin/magma_dump bucket5/ --docs-by-seq --kvstore
      		 
      No kvstore ID for --kvstore option
