couchbase-cli xdcr-setup does not allow trusting Capella certificates

    Description

      MB-54904 (Trust Capella Certificates by default) for XDCR allows skipping putting in the Capella root certificate when creating a remote reference when the --xdcr-hostname is a Capella cluster.

      However, couchbase-cli xdcr-setup does not – see https://issues.couchbase.com/browse/MB-54904?focusedId=667327&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-667327
