Replace total and percent in sigar_proc_cpu_t

sigar_proc_cpu_t will no longer have total (which is a sum of user + sys), and percent (which caused sigar to internally remember the last time you requested the stat and calculate the "average" percent since that call). Will need to replace them in mem.go.
