XDCR - Add replication setting for filter behavior on binary document

    Description

      The official documentation page does not mention anything specific about binary document. https://docs.couchbase.com/server/current/learn/clusters-and-availability/xdcr-filtering.html

      However, advanced filtering since inception in 6.0 has always allowed binary documents to pass through.

      Thus, I think what we need is to have a switch to enable specific customers to change the filter behavior when dealing with binary documents.
