    Description

      Add capabilities that monitor, alert and prevent hitting resource limits in the data service. 

      This includes adding several resident ratio guardrails, a max collections guardrail, a max data per node guard rail, a max buckets per cluster guardrail and a minimum diskspace guardrail.
