CPU utilisation is reporting incorrectly in WEB UI

    Description

      Hello,

      I have noticed the huge discrepancy in CPU utilisation report in web UI while the idle CPU at OS level is ~48%, observed in top command output at OS level which means ~52% CPU cycles were used but in the web UI, it showed ~11% CPU usage only.
