Multiple issues in columnar filters

    Description

      While running CH2 queries while columnar filters are enabled, several issues were encountered:

      • ClassCastException in both ExpectedSchemaBuilder and NormalizedColumnFilterBuilder
      • Getting empty results intermittently
        • This is due to accessing the same dataset twice with different filters
      • Filters above join operators are pushed into a single data-scan. Any SELECT's expressions above join operators should not be pushed down
