This ticket for tracking backport of MB-53289.
| Issue | Resolution |
| A Cluster Manager process crash meant the Delete Bucket memcached command was not always called before bucket files were deleted later in rebalance. This caused the memcached process to crash repeatedly causing data service downtime. | The Delete Bucket command is now called on memcached before a file is deleted during rebalance. This ensures mencached doesn’t attempt to read the files. |
