Parameters popup and selection do not match

Working with Views I do the following:

Create a Sample View
Select some additional parameters
Deselect them
Publish the View
Open the newly published view
Open the parameter popup
It shows the 'stale' parameter with the value 'false', and missing other parameters
However, the matching URL for the view shows 'stale=update_after'

Only seems to happen if you add/modify any of the existing parameters through the popup.
