View Editor in Web Console no longer works/strange caching

I removed the Couchbase Server 2.0 DP4 install from this machine
Delete everything
Installed build 1416
Created new buckets to hold data, and populated them
Go to UI, and click Views and the URL is populated with a value used when using the previous installation:
http://192.168.0.68:8091/index.html#sec=views&spatialFilter=bbox%3D-180%2C-90%2C180%2C90%26connection_timeout%3D60000&viewsFilter=connection_timeout%3D60000&viewsBucket=recipes

This is being cached server side, because if I visit a browser and machine on which I have NEVER accessed a Couchbase Server before, the same URL is populated.

Select the 'Recipes' bucket from the bucket display, and the list of buckets is now empty (see screenshot). I cannot create a view, or indeed do anything now, as the UI is completely locked up. Eventually it logs me out through inactivity,but the web UI is now completely broken.

I've tried emptying the cache and web history, and still the bad URL is populated every time, and it makes editing or creating views impossible.
