active resident ratio in one node is zero after warmup in 1.8.0 cluster

    Description

      Install couchbase 1.8.0 on 2 centos 5.8 64bit servers.
      Create 2 nodes cluster with default bucket.
      Load about 27 million items to bucket to make resident ratio down to 12%
      Do delete, mutation, expiration, set, get on all items in bucket.
      Delete items in bucket down to 17 million items
      Stop couchbase server on 2 nodes, kill all couchbase base processes. Then restart couchbase server again.
      Delete, mutation, expiration, set, get on all items in bucket.
      Delete items in bucket down to 8.6 million items
      Stop couchbase server on 2 nodes, kill all couchbase base processes. Then restart couchbase server again.
      After finish the warm up, resident ratio of active item does not show correctly. Node 49 shows 100% and node 50 shows 0 percent.
