Indexer Crash observed in Couchbase 7.2

HI

We are observing frequent corruption of .index files after migration to Couchbase 7.2.The indexer service crashes while reading the .index files.
Post multiple attempts of deleting/clearing the .index files indexer service is able to come up successfully.
Similar behavior was not observed for COUCHBASE 6.6
