cbrestore does not ignore invalid kv tables which are created when moving data when rebalancing but is purged by database over time

      Description

      due to lazy table deletion in 1.8, tables are renamed to "invalid_kv_VBUCKETNUM". However, cbrestore still seems to incorrectly process those tables rather than ignore them.
