[BP 7.6.2] - Purge unused rpc clients

    Description

      From code inspection, after rebalance completes, rpc clients (which internally are http clients) remain cached and are not purged. Clients for same target nodes are purged on next rebalance cycle. It is a possibility that clients can keep accumulate. We should purge them once rebalance completes.
