Spatial Views should use same stale parameter defaults as the MapReduce Views

    Description

      Currently Spatial Views have stale=false as default (which is what Apache CouchDB does). But Couchbase uses stale=update_after as default for the MapReduce Views. Both View-engines should really use the same defaults.
