    Description

      On an ubuntu 24 machine, with a non root user the installation fails

      $/home/nonroot/cb-non-package-installer-aarch64 --install --package /home/nonroot/couchbase-server-enterprise_7.6.2-3715-linux_arm64.deb --install-location /home/nonroot/cb --verbose

      The same error is seen on both Ubuntu 24 x86 and Ubuntu 24 arm64
