    Description

      On an amazon linux machine, with a non root user the installation fails

      $ /home/nonroot/cb-non-package-installer-x86_64 --install --package /home/nonroot/couchbase-server-enterprise-7.6.2-3715-linux.x86_64.rpm --install-location /home/nonroot/cb --verbose
      		 
       
      		 
      [2502] Error loading Python lib '/tmp/_MEIC0mt3M/libpython3.9.so.1.0': dlopen: libcrypt.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

      The same error is seen on both Amazon Linux 2023 x86 and  Amazon Linux 2023 aarch64
