Description
I can make the change to have that warning go to stderr instead of stdout, and try to improve the wording.

Well, unfortunately that warning gets into the output file that cbtransfer writes out (to stdout or such) and hence you'll have to manually delete that line, or else cbrestore doesn't like it.
Is there any way you can introduce a conditional import clause to silence this?

Hi Hari,
The "import couchstore" thing is not important for common case, and the warning can be ignored. It's used during offline upgrade from 1.8 to 2.0; and during 2.0 data recovery situations.
