Rebalance exited with reason"missing_checkpoint_stat" during empty bucket rebalancing on source and destination cluster.

• Setup a 1:1 replication between cluster1 and clutser2.
• Rebalance in 2 nodes at source.
• Rebalance in 2 nodes at destination . ( Note: Both rebalances on at the same time)

• Rebalance fails with missing checkpoint error on Source cluster.
• Rebalance is successful on destination cluster.
  *Can reproduce this consistently.

Successive attempts at rebalance on source cluster also fail
