Flush Bucket

Flush on Destination cluster, has no effect today on replication from Source.
We should however indicate replication fail error message on source cluster in case of this event.
Flush on Source cluster, does not flush out items from destination bucket - This behaviour of reset should be maintained for XDCR.
We should however indicate this as a "warning, data is flushed on the destination bucket" on source cluster in case of this event.
Delete Bucket
