    Description

By using differetn thresholds for the kp and kv nodes, experiments with generic btrees and evperf lucky8 dataset showed significant gains in queries and compaction mostly, with smaller gains for insertions/updates.
Btree lookups had benefits of almost 50% in some cases for percentiles of 99%, compaction got about same gains.
