sample datasets are not loaded when user loads the bucket data through the setup wizard

Fresh installation on Mac.
On the setup screen, select the beer sample.
Bucket is created, but no data is loaded.
Deleting the bucket and creating it again from the settings works.

This is critical for adaption, so marking it as blocker.
