ns_server should log process' IDs even for processes having registered name

Because in certain situations it's very important to be able to tell apart two different incarnations of the same entity. Besides, it may be helpful when debugging issues using systemtap or dtrace where it's not possible (or at least hard) to access process name. This change will help to map process IDs accessible to systemtap and dtrace to process names.
