Description
Steps to reproduce:
On a CentOS VM:
1. rm -Rf /opt/couchbase/*
2. sudo rpm -i couchbase-server-community_x86_64_2.0.0-beta.rpm
3. create default bucket and create a couple of documents
4. sudo rpm -Uhv couchbase-server-community_x86_64_2.0.0-1888-rel.rpm
give incorrect error message after there is no data in default bucket after installation
ERROR: bucket default is configured but missing: /opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase/data/default-data
