unable to fully delete bucket

steps:

• 4 nodes cluster, 1 bucket was created, views were added
• bucket was deleted. Logs shows that is was deleted successfully:

• cluster was rebalanced out and rebalanced in again (I tried -t view.createdeleteview.CreateDeleteViewTests.rebalance_in_with_ddoc_ops,ddoc_ops=create,test_with_view=True,nodes_in=3,num_ddocs=2,num_views_per_ddoc=3,items=200000 2 times)
• api http://127.0.0.1:9001/pools/default/buckets/default shows that bucket is still there:

but if i try to delete bucket using same api DELETE request it returns error: 404 The bucket to be deleted was not found
