add if guards to the views for sample databases

The current sample database views do not check to be sure that fields exist before emitting them in the mapper. Since this can cause problems with view execution, and halt all future view execution, this has now been defined as a best practice. Our samples should also follow this best practice.

Please add this to both the gamesim and the beerdb sample views.
