/sasl_log request doesn't send closing http chunk causing 'infinite' response

    Description

      /sasl_log is sending back chunked http response. When this is done, response needs to be "closed" by sending zero length chunk. As per RFC2616. Apparently recent refactoring in this area broke this for /sasl_log request.
