Wrong number of checkpoints seen as issued

On a 10 node cluster, with XDCR uptime of roughly 4 hours,
no. of checkpoints issued is showing as ~450K
if one checkpoint is being issued every 30 min, on each node, then after 4 hours of run time, we should technically be seeing around 80 checkpoints as issued.
