      similar problem: http://www.couchbase.com/issues/browse/MB-6957

      4 nodes cluster\ 8 M items\1 ddoc with 2 views

      Steps to repro:
      1. Load items (resident ratio = 30%)
      2. Reboot the node
      3. Do not wait warm up to be completed and fail over the node
      4. Wait for warm up and Add it back
      5. Rebalance

      rebalance fails with reason

        Added to RN:

        For the Windows platform, attempts to perform a rebalance of a restarted node
        fails due to failure to clean up old data buckets on the node.
        The workaround
        is to reattempt the rebalance.

        Alk,

        I don't think this is a critical issue, but we need to understand why this was caused.

        I don't know the meaning of "eaccess" error in erlang. When you have time, please take a look and assign it back to me if this eaccess error is caused by the engine side.
