ops drop during thruput test when compaction kicks in

    Description

      thruput test on ec2 (build 2.0-1950), 80 clients no ops bound, 2 server nodes.

      ops = ~120k

      when compaction kicks in, observed a 1-2 seconds ops drop.

      Haven't seen it repeating.
