redirection on main page when try to flush bucket during rebalance

build 1965
steps:
1. create bucket and start rebalance
2. open Bucket Configuration editor
3. click Flush
4. in the confirmation window that appears click Flush
info message appears:
Failed To Flush Bucket
Cannot flush buckets during rebalance
5.click OK here

result: page is redirected on /index.html

expected result:
stay on the Data Bucket page or Configure Bucket widget
