web console shows Server Down during bucket delete and create

When running some tests, I happened to notice that the console will frequently show the "Servers Down" as one, in a single node cluster. I'm not sure if it's happening while the bucket is being deleted or created. In one way, it is "down" in that the bucket is pending, but I don't think that's really the intent of this section of the overview.

Maybe there's no issue here, but it did strike me as odd that we'd ever show a "server" as down during a bucket delete/create.
