    Description

      Greetings,
      It would be very useful to have a "read-only" mode per bucket. And to be able to set it through RESP.
      In this mode the data in the bucket cannot be added, changed or expired.
      The idea is to freeze the data while this mode is enabled.
      This feature will be very useful of extreme scenarios like, for example, if the database or origin of the data is down.
