reb-in results are not consistent across envs. On terra: 2.0 is slower in terms of medium scale test (reb-1), while slower on larger scale (reb-large-2) tests. But on ec2, results are reversed.

Most likely cause is those "fsyncs" we're waiting for when consistent views are enabled. In MB-7523 we've found a very promising treatment. Most likely can be closed as a duplicate.

Both MB-7519 & MB-7518 should boost ep engine performance while persisting and fetching items on and from disks. Per Alek's comment above, we may still mark this as duplicate of MB-7523 for it alleviating the slowness observed in this test case.

Ronnie, MB-7523 has been merged to 2.0.1 as of Jan. 18th. When you have a chance please confirm if with the latest build of 2.0.1 your above tests can pass now (pass performance guidelines) . If not please assign this back to Jin. Thanks.

we are not seeing this issue on 2.0.1, while there are regressions between 2.0.x builds
