cb_collect info does not collect ini files and config.dat

      Description

      ran command ./cbcollect_info ~/inifile.zip over (2.0.1-110-rel)
      Ubuntu 10.04.4
      and zipped file contains only .log files
      couchbase,
      diag,
      ini
      memcached
      ns_server.couchdb
      ns_server.debug
      ns_server.error
      ns_server.info
      ns_server.mapreduce_errors
      ns_server.stats
      ns_server.views
      ns_server.xdcr
      ns_server.xdcr_errors
      stats

      Neither ini file nor config.dat is captured as mentioned MB-7224.
      Although we can see in /opt/couchbase we have following ini files present
      root@ubuntu-1004:/opt/couchbase# find . -name *.ini
      ./etc/runtime.ini
      ./etc/couchdb/default.d/geocouch.ini
      ./etc/couchdb/default.d/capi.ini
      ./etc/couchdb/default.ini
      ./etc/couchdb/local.ini

        From the attached log, you can find all ini files under ini.log and config.dat under couchbase.log.

        So this is not a bug.

        Also as with anything cbcollect-info, if any of those *.ini or *.dat files are missing/unreadable, cbcollect_info should not stop or throw an error but should just keep on going.
