Description
Given the confusion that surrounds include docs regarding CouchDB versus Couchbase, and the special stuff the clients do, can we remove it as a possible query parameter from the view screen in the UI? It could still be sent to the REST API if needed (which it never should be) but I don't think we want users to see it in the view creation.
