    Description

Per tcmalloc bug, https://code.google.com/p/gperftools/issues/detail?id=368, the memory allocation library is really optimal for memory blocks that are not bigger than 500KB. In order to avoid user applications running into a critical fragmentation condition that results in downtime, ep engine at least log a warning and have fragmentation ratio ready for UI.
