could not import sqlite3 module when executing cbworkloadgen, cbbackup, cbrestore and cbtransfer in non-root installation

    Description

      Download couchbase server 2.0.1-170
      Login as non-root user (test)
      Extract couchbase server binary as in https://github.com/couchbase/voltron/blob/2.0.1/README-non-root.md
      Start couchbase server
      Open web browser to do initial setup.
      Go to opt/couchbase/bin/tools
      Run cbworkloadgen ==> failed

      /home/test/opt/couchbase/bin/tools
      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 tools]$ ./cbworkloadgen
      Error: could not import sqlite3 module
      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 tools]$ cd ..
      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 bin]$ ./tools/cbworkloadgen
      Error: could not import sqlite3 module

      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 bin]$ ./cbbackup
      Error: could not import sqlite3 module

      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 bin]$ ./cbrestore
      Error: could not import sqlite3 module

      [test@ip-10-33-3-109 bin]$ ./cbtransfer
      Error: could not import sqlite3 module
