Inconsistency in the use of symbols in the web UI

    Description

      The "arrow" is used within the UI as something I can click and it will expand and give me more detailed information. When I'm rebalancing in nodes I'm getting the same triangle as a prefix in the "pop-up" window in admin console, but I can't press it to get more information.
