Description
cbtransfer gives error with couchstore-files as source.
Steps to reproduce
1. Install 2.0.1-185-rel windows 64bit build
2. Create default bucket and load 10k items.
3. Run the cbtransfer command and it gives error:

The same error is returned if destination is another couchbase cluster
