Description
Three sections in a wiki:
1) Process for bringing doc concept/need to content: mid- to larger docs (tutorial, nginx)
2) Describe process for minor changes to docs by non-Tech Pubs. Exception case Server Release Notes = PDF review cycle
3) Requesting documentation
- How to create a request: what information to provide: customer generated, area, etc. Walk through properly filled out so ticket OK. Version, etc.
- How to provide status updates to request: give agile board should look at priority list.
- How to escalate content.
