[system test] memcached crash when load items to bucket

Environment:

• 7 nodes windows 2008 R2 64bit with 4 core cpu, 8GB RAM and SSD storage.

Cluster:

• Couchbase server 2.0.2-781 installed in 7 nodes cluster.
  2 buckets:

• default: 3GB, 1 replica, replica index: enable, one doc with 2 views
• saslbucket: 3GB, 1 replica, replica index: disable, one doc with 2 views

Load phase:
Load items to buckets until active resident ratio >= 70%
During load phase, memached on node 173 crashed
