[windows] Cancelling the offline upgrade using installer, still causes node to upgrade but data is lost

Details:
Initial build: 1.8.1-942
Upgrade build: 2.0.2-812

1. Single 1.8.1 node
2. Load items in the bucket (more than 500K)
3. Stop couchbase server.
4. Start upgrading couchbase using the installer. When the installer is in the process of upgrading, press the cancel button in between.
5. The installer shows an error message (see screenshot), upgrades couchbase anyway and skips the data.
6. UI shows that the node is upgraded and healthy, data bucket is present and healthy, but item count is zero.
