Node failed over with error "Port server moxi on node 'babysitter_of_ns_1@127.0.0.1' exited with status 126"

Couchbase Server 2.1.0 and Java SDK Wrapper
– Installed new couchbase server on server
– Changed its data and index location.
– Changed its listening port.
– Started the couchbase server.
– When added to cluster and tried to rebalance the cluster, was not able to do that.
There were following errors
– The following error was for about 3-4 times then the node failed over.
Port server moxi on node 'babysitter_of_ns_1@127.0.0.1' exited with status 126. Restarting. Messages: /ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/bin/moxi: line 6:
/ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase//ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/bin/moxi.bin: No such file or directory
/ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/bin/moxi: line 6: exec: /ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/var/lib/couchbase//ngs/app/genevad/couchbase/opt/couchbase/bin/moxi.bin: cannot execute: No such file or directory
– Finally the node was removed from the cluster
– Tried to add the new Node to cluster from UI of new node but it also didn't work
