Major Description
MB-8012 implements time-stamped based deletion purge. Although the default behavior is to purge deletions older than several days which is way longer than XDCR lag, there is no guarantee that XDCR is always safe and ahead of purger. If that happens, we need dump some warning msgs within XDCR, to alter users that inconsistency may happen.
