Docs: need to include full syntax to cbstats

This page: http://www.couchbase.com/docs/couchbase-manual-2.1.0/couchbase-monitoring-startup.html

The examples show usage of cbstats without the bucket name which has led to customer confusion in the past because this syntax only shows the output of the default bucket.

Along with updating this page, can we apply some policy to make sure that both existing and future example usage of any command-line includes the full syntax of bucket name and bucket password? There seem to have been a few recurrences of this throughout the docs.
